The value of the many luxury trips taken by Thomas and his wife, Ginni, on Crow’s dime is estimated to be in the hundreds of thousands of dollars. Thomas has stated that going forward, he intends to comply with these rules. In other words, Thomas should report the value of any trips he receives. The latest version specifically provides that the “personal hospitality exception” does not apply to transportation that substitutes for commercial transportation. ![]()
